CHALLENGE:
How do you invite 75,000+ employees to open up about diversity in a luxury corporate environment?
For LVMH's D&I program launch, I art directed and animated an internal teaser video designed to generate questions for upcoming COMEX Q&A sessions. The challenge: deliver within 48 hours while maintaining the group's premium standards, yet create something warm enough to encourage authentic participation. The result: a motion piece that balanced corporate excellence with human approachability.

Working from client moodboards exploring bold typography and photographic collage, I storyboarded the full narrative to validate the artistic direction within the 48h constraint. The final motion piece balanced LVMH's premium aesthetic with warmth and accessibility, encouraging authentic employee engagement.
